Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–7 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.


Delivery Timeframe

We aim to ship all orders within 7 business days from the date of purchase. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier delays.

Estimated Delivery:

  • Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping (U.S.): 2–4 business days

  • International Shipping: 7–21 business days (varies by country)


Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your package in real time. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.


Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, reshipment fees will apply.


Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once a package is handed to the carrier, it becomes their responsibility. We are not liable for:

  • Packages marked as delivered but not received

  • Packages delayed due to carrier issues

  • Lost or stolen packages

If an issue occurs, we’ll assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.


International Customs & Duties

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import taxes, or duties. These charges are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the customer.
